Really poor customer service tried to close my account with online chat but they said I had to email. 20 emails and 1 week later still no reply.customer online chat apparently can't close the account but said they will inform the 'appropriate team' 10 times.still my account is open!!!

What I like most about Jackbit is how fast everything is. Deposits are instant, and withdrawals don’t take long at all.
